但是這真的是我很喜歡的一首英文歌

印象中還是葛萊美獎呢!!!
千萬別以為這是聖歌 或是首福音歌曲 絕對不是!
這首歌完全沒有宗教色彩 從歌手是支持墮胎的婦權運動者就可見一斑
歌辭其實非常隱晦 暗諷人們 質疑社會
充斥著不以為然的態度
看見 就是相信嗎? 眼見為憑後你是否會更加深信不疑?
還是 看見後又能怎樣? 攤在眼前就會死心蹋地嗎?
無疑是對"把神掛在嘴邊,但對身旁的人卻不削一顧"這種人的當頭棒喝...
口氣雖然輕佻又嘲弄 但同時也想警惕凡人
所謂的信仰 不能只是在宗教場所盲目崇拜著神衹 傳唱聖人先知的事蹟
而要有入世的胸懷 關心生活週遭辛苦謀生的小人物 弱勢的一群
我想...我們所生活的世界 不應該如此冷漠
